Ok now, the way i read this is: POET is not a partner but a customer to BAE.

The compagnie is paying $905,000 for work that BAE is doing for them.

That does not mean that BAE is not interested in POET but for the moment they are only offering service to POET and getting paid for it.

Am i reading this correctly?

That is one point that had to be clarified before the BNN interview and i am sure that there is lots more.
