FJ, regarding the new directors and the 1.99 price set, unless they were told about this delay, then they might be a bit miffed the pricing was set as of Friday's close. Naturally, the counter to this by the company is that kind of practice is pretty shady. Or, perhaps, they told the new directors, don't worry, based on the way things look, your 1.99 price will serve you well.

Hard to decipher it all, that's for sure. But unless there is some good news tomorrow, I think much of our slow, hard fought gains of recent weeks could be in jeopardy.
