I am more inclined to think something is up. PC would of known about the delays, financials, CEO, new directors etc. He could of still used the BNN spot to highlight what POET has done and where it is going. The ads say it all in 15 seconds. Quiet period / Big announcement ok so we are still waiting on the Big Announcement. PC could of talked about all these things for management to be in a quiet period then ............. something is afoot.
