From the MD&A:

"Beyond purely technical issues, the UCONN team had to deal with significant issues related to a new piece of equipment installed in late 2014 that was malfunctioning. This delayed the team’s progress in the last 3 months. The issue was resolved in the last week of March 2015 with the root cause identified as an inappropriate installation by a third party. Appropriate repairs to this equipment have been made. The team is confident to complete the three milestones over the course of the next quarter."

This to me clearly spells a delay that was known since late December....yet why did Peter just 1 month ago state that while the Co. has usually been delayed when achieving milestones, he believed we would reach Nasdaq by Jun'15 (give or take)? Also, why has it been stated that milestones will be achieved "over the course of the next quarter" and not "over the course of the next month" like had previously been mentioned when we missed on a prior milestone.

This concerns me in the short term. Without any other catalysts we are bound to trend at or below these levels in my opinion.

Then again, why did Peter first agree to a BNN meeting when he full well was aware that such NEWS was to be released beforehand? Yes he reneged on his agreement to appear on BNN but why agree in the first place....and why not appear on the show post NEWS to defend what the Co. is still on the verge of acheiving?

Is there more NEWS to come on Monday? Good NEWS this time?

Also, why release this NEWS on Friday morning and not after market close? Could it be that PTK wishes for this bad NEWS to be absorbed before an positive announcement Monday?

The only way we move up in the short term is with the announcement of a deal.....period!!!!

With respect to BAE, paying for there services in the long run is a positive as it means we haven't given up anything going forward.

The fact that in the short term there are more questions than answers means we are in a holding pattern once more UNTIL more information is provided by PTK.

To be continued. Hopefully sooner than later because i'm getting sick of this! The achievement of these milestones I believe are the key.
