Point taken but I think the concensus it that the NASDAQ provides a greater and more level playing field for investors compared to the Venture exchange which tends to be more prone to unwarranted manipulation.

I totally agree that POET must prove to the investor community and to its prospective partners, customers and suitors that it warrants a greater valuation and I believe that everything provided to date by the Company suggests that very point. What is frustrating to the board and shareholders is the anxiety created by the manipulation that is unwarranted and yet condoned by the exchange.
