Does there need to be NR for a minor delay? No.

Most of us know that creating a revolutionary technology is not a linear process - nor is it something we can time to the day/hour/second. IF POET opened up to the street with a dedicated NR about every snag or roadblock in this journey, the POET news flow would be daily. This is the name of the game when creating something. We are breaking new ground every day and you push through challenges.

Let’s remember, INTEL has not developed something like this (ever), even with billions of R+D funds at their disposal.

Also, don't let the nuance of the communication worry you. I think what POET is telling us is that this is not a big deal. IF it was large issue, they would include it in an official NR.

I for one am not worried in the slightest.

I think if ANYONE is selling on this, they may wish they didn’t quite soon.
