Smitty just to reconfirm: Chris stated that the reason why PTK is in blackout is because of the CEO? Did he state this was the only reason? Did you specifically ash him this?

Why would the announcement of a CEO put us in blackout?.....unless this CEO is a big name? But what of the milestones then? Deals?

If this is actually the case, then I believe we see the announcement of a CEO followed immediately with the achievement of milestones and potentially NRE to kick things off with a bang.
