I believe that offers to purchase usually specify what is being purchased and can leave out unexcercised warrants. No matter because that is not a reason to excercise before an offer is actually made. Those warrants do not expire until September, they could be excercised after a deal is on the tabel and before it closes. I have to think FJ is closest to the truth - it is about voting.
