Cc suggested to me that he felt it could be pinetree aswell, and I believe since SI left pinetree is no longer an insider since they don't own 10% of the float. And they need money so selling some of their holdings that are in the green (I believe there is PTK and 2 others that are green) would be the most logical solution IMO. Unfortunate for us shareholders regardless.
