I think you're right BP but they have made a committment to pay down $20 million of the debenture by the end of July at which time their agreement for the remaining amount has a stricker requirrement for meeting terms for the remaining $30 + million. They have their situation under control but PTK and other share prices will feel some pressure until their done. I have no doubt that we would be trading above 2 bucks now if it wasn't for this situation.
