that's the kind of thinking I was wondering about, good thought, just seems to be a reason for this, that's all, and that would be a good reason.

Maybe SI has the same reason for getting all the shares he can get right now.

Just maybe a somebody went to SI and said I would like a large block of shares, how many do you have?
