It is unlikely that the reason BNN was cancelled last week was because Pinetree was selling. Remember that the "black-out" affected the company to the degree that all insiders are blacked out from trading - as was discovered early in the week when the insider sales markers were dropped and someone checked in with Chris Chu. This suggests that there is in fact news which is yet to be released. I have scoured the web and find no indication that Tony Blevins is an ex-Apple employee. It may be that Hainsworth's tweet is not referring to Mr Blevins, but someone else. We won't really know until the news that stalled the BNN discussion the first time and kept all insiders from trading is released.
