Abolutely SE (and Ogee). And not just any company from the other side, but perhaps one of smartest and toughest negotiators in tech. He would shrewdly understand licensing from every possible angle.
If you follow that thought-train further, perhaps if he is such a tough negotiator many would relish the thought of 'getting even' now that he would be gone from Apple. However, do we think he would not be smart enough to understand this fact. So the only reasonable assumption might be that he understands that with Poet he would again be working from a position of (even greater?) strength.
Plus he would bring Apple culture.
I for one would be thrilled with Blevins as CEO.
