Some online forums give the moderator the ability to move threads.

In the future, would it be possible to give hub leaders the ability to reassign off-topic discussions to the off-topic forum?
I think it would clean up the board and also make the off-topic board more popular. In addition, when the criteria for removing a post is not clear-cut, it could give us mods another option besides deleting posts completely.
