Etops: Rainer...do you not think Peter knew about the sputter tool problem at the London conference in February? I do, but he still stated publicly at that venue that a NAZ listing by June would happen.

I think he knew about the problem, but I can imagine he (resp. the engineering team) was still confident that the problem could be solved on short term. However, engineers are always having this stance, which is detrimental when trying to make realistic estimates.
