Thanks - yes that is the wording to which I refer.
I point it out since there seem to be many board participants who want to believe management misled them when it doesn't work out as they thought. The excitement around a nasdaq listing in June had a whole pile of effort go into what the listing requirements are and how management can get the stock price high enough to meet listing requirements - that discussion in turn led to expectations around timing for positive news flow that would help drive the share price to the required level. This feeds the shorts and nay-sayers (mostly in other places on the Inter-web) to play against us and generate lots of volatility.
I am as anxious as the rest to see this, however I want to make sure expectations are set correctly.
