I've compiled a list of the AGM dates for the last few years along with links to the supporting news releases.

Please note that during the two years when the AGM was not held in June (2012 and 2014) there were major changes going on with the company at those times. As the company actually has 15 months from the last AGM before it it required by regulation to hold the next AGM, I believe the changes in those years are the reason for the August dates for the AGM.
In June of 2012, Mark Benadiba and Peter Copetti were announced as joining OPEL Technologies as executive board members, as well as Sam Peralta rejoining the board and other company restructering efforts. Soon after announcing their addition to the board, The AGM was announced.

Last year, on July 7, 2014, Ajit was welcomed onboard. Again, not an ideal time to arrange an AGM for the normal June timeframe. At the same time, they were awaiting the results of the Pellegrino report (v2.0) which were released on August 6th.

So I have to agree with the sentiments expressed on the board regarding this years date for the AGM. It bodes very well for the near future that they have set the date for June 12. There are a lot of balls to juggle over the next few weeks and months. But remember this— The date for the AGM was announced on April 2, after the malfunctioning equipment was fixed and they would have had a clearer view of the timeline that lay ahead. But even with a history of postponing the AGM until later in the summer when necessary, they still set the date for June 12. This can only be a good sign for the weeks ahead.
I believe, like some have expressed here already, that there is a lot going on behind the scenes and some of what we are expecting may already be done and awaiting "dots" for the i's and crosses for the t's.
Confidence is high within that company, as evidenced by the exercising of warrants and the joining of new directors to the board and TB to the TRAB(or is it TRAC?).
All we need is patience.
