For me, the following of your excellent points and issues towers over the rest:

"When will the VCESL and Ring Oscillator milestones be completed and what will that be announced? Will the results for the comparison with silicon be spectacular? Will Industry see this as disruptive?"

I can almost feel the tweaking and testing that must be going on to get those finished, along with some (gentle) prodding from management. And, of course, management along with every other POET fan, wanting to know "how close are we?" "How's it looking?" And, of course, "Okay, what happened this time?"
