This daily shareprice fluctuation is absolutely meaningless, unless you are selling now/soon. If you are long, don't concern yourself with such things. They are a sign of nothing, and certainly not a poor reflection on the new COO. Thinking like this is like waiting for someone else to drive your share price up.
