Supposition.....or.....Speculation?

At......A price that somewhat quietly allowed the buyer to gain a small position. A position which could be used in a spin off or created subsidiary joint venture company or consortium arrangement in relation to and/or additionally using for or in conjunction with an IPO to gain instant and easy listing to the NASDAQ ?

Or some sort of business combination there in?
