Interesting thought.
The company has not mentioned the "3rd party fab" since the Mar.30 release and perhaps intentionally will not mention it again, since BAe was the assumed 3rd party at that time.
The release never comes out any verifies that BAe was the 3rd party fab, but only says "BAE Systems will provide non-exclusive third-party foundry services in support of the Company's "Lab-to-Fab" transition plan".
It's not the same thing as simply saying BAe is our 3rd party fab.
I suspect they are building these chips in several places and that sputter tool nonsense was used only to cool things off for a bit.
Who says there can only be one, 3rd party?
