I think PNP has to raise another 10 million dollars in a month and will continue to sell some of PTK holding. It has warrants to profit if PTK shoots up. PTK would like to get rid of PNP overhang Asap. Positive news from POETF will have subdued long lasting positive SP response near term due to PNP overhang imo.
