Frankly, where to be listed is not that important. You will see, within the next years POET will be listed on every major market in the world. But this will be not worth a voting.

No, there could be many realy interesting things which would need a voting. Issuing shares for cooperations or for institutionals (for the listing), share repurchasing programs, change of the major business model, domicile of the company, composition of the BOD... I am really curious!
