Okay I'll bite:

Coincident with the distribution of the information circular, Tony Blevins is announced as the new CEO by NR only, not an item for voting,

As part of the normal and routine voting matters, shareholders will be asked to vote to accept an equity position for Apple of $1B (USD) for 10% of PTK. Valuation of PTK would therefore be approximately $10B and shares after the dilution effect would be approximately $48 (CDN) after the affect of foreign exchange.
