The Video was first posted on the web by the Photographer at the CIC event as a demo for the company. This was not the CIC's intention as they had intended to put it past PC first, it was a glitch in their business process; a new photographer I understood. In my converstaion with Andrew at the time he commented that he had learned some lessons and would have to amend procedures to post materiel to a private area of You Tube . That said once it was out there, POET management did sanction it, you may remember it was withdrawn temporarily.

So an unitintentional leak is how I would define it.

For me the point made earlier here that re-watching any of the videos of POET managment presentation always reveals something new. Often a backwards review in the light of something that has happened down line highlights some new aspect of policy/strategy.

The COO statement and a review of the Company's white paper on High Speed Interconnection being a similar case inpoint, we now can see an entirely new approach for low hanging fruit objectives for highspeed optical electrical interface with back to back Si/GaAs chips - where that one will lead is very interesting.
