I don't think the video from City Investor Circle is a leak. It was posted by City Investor Circle on youtube. POET is also one of the sponsors on the City Investor Circle website.

It was a leak in the sense that the POET principals knew the cameras were rolling and they did not intervene and halt them. Perhaps it was a passive way of releasing news (likely to placate this group mostly) without releasing any news "officially."
