Just as you I was reminded of the Betamax and VHS war when I bought my first shares. But there's a big difference: Beta and VHS both were working systems where the superior one has lost the battle.

Inspite of all DD here and deep digging on the internet there wasn't found any serious competition for POET yet. Together with a possible involvement of "the fruit company" and the acknowledged partnership with BAE this makes a completely different point to start from.
