They company is only authorized to use the RS until June 12th, the date of this year's AGM, unless they present it for re-authorization as one of the upcoming AGM voting matters.

This may explain part of the current shareprice weakness. Last year they surprised us with the RS nonsense out of the blue, and the market is waiting to see if they decide to mess around with it again. We will know in 2 trading days whether they have finally learned the lesson to drop the whole RS concept.
