If you are referring to the dilution that comes from an issue, yes we all know about that. I would guess that the company has decided that they will dilute us by a set percentage in order to raise capital for the next research and development stage and to "feed the bankers" to get coverage as we launch on the Nasdaq. Call this promotional expense. It is no greater after or before a consolidation - if we are diluting 10%, we are diluting 10% of a smaller share count after consolidation.
