The fact is we guess so often (as we do with everything else here) the time that we will get the new CEO and have been wrong so many times that even when facts point to a provable conclusion ( such as Fj predicting Monday) that we have trained our minds to think negative. That is the wrong approach. We always have to go with the best educated guess and place our confidence in these predictions.
There's nothing wrong with being wrong if you have made your prediction based on sound facts. Of course the fact is that the AGSM will be held on Friday June 12 not much more than a month away.
The fact is they chose to have the meeting earlier not later than the expected time.
The fact is more likely than not they have some very important issues to talk about and vote on.
Fact is any thing to be voted on has to be presented before Tuesday next. So, unless they haven't found the new CEO yet (which we all doubt) or for some other "reason to be secret" than the best guess would have to be Tuesday or before for the new CEO....
When they send out their brochures and proxys surely they would lke to announce their new Cheif would they not?
