Excellent find and wonderful work of Clemens Group @Stanford!
It prooves that wherever we can find obstacles and issues to a brand new technology there will be a bright mind coming up with a solution.
All additonal technologies to improve GaAs-processing in price or quality will be a big help to get POET forward. All this belongs to the Fab 2.0 model...
