You are always looking for the negative Johnyreg in the managements behaviour. I'm really sick of your whinging about how they do their business. Like you or I could do any better. We deserve to know information when it's good and ready. We don't make the rules up because we invested, we don't deserve to know every minutiae of detail.

Don't try and hide this as some innocent question to the board. You clearly believe management are withholding information. If they are doing so, then my guess is its for the good of the company and therefore shareholders.
