Exactly Rainer,

This is the plan of the Company. Not RS when the price is $1.74 or $2.. when the price is at least $4+ then it is meaning full. Wise investors will know that they did not do any RS yet. Price was at $2 and it was above $1.70 long enough to do the RS but the company didn't do it. So think guys.. RS is after some considerable move in stock price... not until they release some good news.
