The principal effects of the Consolidation will be that the number of Shares issued and outstanding will be reduced from 179,839,384 common shares as of April 27, 2015 to approximately 35,967,877 Shares (based on the maximum consolidation ratio of one for three).

When I divide 179,839,384 by three I get 59,946,461 and change. What am I doing wrong?
