Netflix started out with only around 30 million shares and that was probably too little; if POET actually did do a 1:3 R/S, it would put the A/S about the same as what NFLX has now. If POET has the success we all hope for, we could well have a number of forward splits in our future to make up for this (if they even proceed with it).
