I wonder.....

-if one did a cursory search of SEDAR or EDGAR how many companies have the whole RS clause written in to their MDA for the year ?

-is it even necessary but only as a plan B ?

-as FJ said, why did they move the AGM two months ?

-why anyone of substantive CV would join a folly such as this ?

-why the name change- trademark issue or new listing requirement ?

-at what minority percentage is a threshold vote required ?

-if we could enter the NASDAQ with one big name partner or two....and then acquire a third and forth shortly after...?

-why bankers are such a pain-but in an act of left and right hand back scratching could help us immensely ?

-why dots are so hard for some to connect and trees obscure so many a good view of the forest ?
