Someone used the term "ticking time bomb", well lets say in the spirit of that term that the longer this goes covered, the higher the lid will go on reveal day.

In turn, that will generate some international (and free) media coverage and the process becomes perpetual motion, and feeds itself.

Remember, if you findd out the new brand X phone lasts a day, or two or a week even, (depending on use) more, on one charge....your going to want to at least find out the who, what, when, where and why.
