Pb13: I mean if we're a significant amount of people that decide "no" to the reverse split then I would assume we'd collectively have some influence on the decision.

The company made clear that the option to make a reverse split is only an insurance against the unlikely case that the news to come don't have the expected effect on the share price. It is better to have an insurance and don't need it, than to need it and don't have it.

I am calling this risk mitigation and this is what a good management should care for. Or would anyone here like to take the Nasdaq share price hurdle only barely and drop below it sligthly on the 89th day or so?
