Exactly Andech and the reason the share price is confined and defined, in my definition anyway, as boxed in. When the time comes this price will go where they want it to go, my opinion, and they are making sure that everything is as they want before this happens. I think it has to happen before the AGM. If not I suspect the milestones we're waiting for are not ready.
