Does anyone here know *without a doubt* if the 'Daq has any sort of dispensation powers so that POET™ would not have to display a $4.00 USD bid for 90 days?

Oh right, I forgot to count *trading days*. So then lets start a 90 day count from June 12 th just for a lark.

90 trading days makes that either October 16 or 19. 19th is a Monday so I would expect the bell ringing and media blitz around then.

Unless, somebody here knows for sure about getting around the 90 day rule?
