In order to dampen the Nasdaq expectations somewhat, according to Chris Chu, the fastest period of time that any investment banker can get an uplisting done onto Nasdaq is about 120 days. And this is under the assumption that there are "no weird technical issues like opposing odd lot investors etc. etc."
That means:
- 120 days are the optimum. The period of time for an uplisting cannot be shorter, but it could well be longer than 120 days.
- Don't expect a Nasdaq listing this June! It is technically impossible. Personally I understand June as Peter's target timeframe for a Nasdaq application, not for the actual listing.
