Think of these facts:

Why did they lower the RS ratio to 3:1 knowing where the current PPS is?

If you recall, when the last RS of 5:1 was set in motion the price was higher.

So, why would they drop the RS ratio with the current price being lower.

Why didn't they execute on the prior RS?

Because they have a plan for using the RS and it is a conditional one.

Now, we just hired an industry experienced COO and change co name (corp change)... it is not difficult to understand what is probably next.
