I go along with that analysis.

The last few months have had a stop go feel about them and personally I feel the stop was nothing to do with stuttering and Spluttering of machines. Something else has being go on. I think this because a delay in processing of the technology is worthy of a NR allbeit somewhat negative, it actually only received a mention in passing it in the end of year papers which was preempted by PC 'you can't rush genius' comment at the CIC when he would have been aware of the problem.

The something else will have been more likely business wheeling and dealing in a fast flowing changing world of opportunities and threats due to interested parties generated needs. The tech project is hard edged and proceeds in manageable steps but business is a volatile and soft edged and far more likely to affect the pace. Clearly lawyers, other external advisors and consultants need time and brifing which places demands on management. I contend something happened that was big enough to demand more consideration hence pace dropped off.

There is no way that management would want to divert their focus or jeopardise a deal by putting out NR or appear on BNN. This will come in due course but in no way will PC fire the start gun to allow the run to the NASDAQ until a deal is in place, plus a CEO to take the initiative on from there.

This period of busines development is perhaps the most critical phase in POET'S lifecycle and is clearly and understandably taking more time than envisaged. The sucess of POET'S future is dependant on making the right decisions during this inception phase and I for one would rather they get it right than worry about shareholder fatigue and NR. All this will come in due course.
