If I remember right, they only sold the IP related to the trackers they were marketing at the time. They weren't actually using POET chips in their solar tracking arrays. The solar panels were made by Boeing if my memory serves me well. I'm open to correction of course. Like fairchij said, Dr. Taylor was excited about venturing back and exploiting the virtues of POET's solar possibilities when the time came.
