The way I read that statement as somewhat negative is because PC is feeling the heat for not coming through on time on his own stated objectives,timelines,milestones whatever. There has always been an excuse or reason. I understand delays and problems may come up and there are prioroties. He should have not made those statements and therefore no expectations. When they came in, the new management,PC and others made it clear they would try to be transparent and communicate withe the investor PTK base because it was rapidly shrinking. Things have changed but so have they. The CC statement was all PC telling everybody to back off and in a puglistic antagonist way to the shareholder. Everything may be hush and delayed but I for one did not appreciate scolded by a temporary CEO who was to have gone a long time ago.
