Dear Cris,

The communication of POET is really becoming a joke and like most of the long term investors we really don't like the ambiguous news releases. If POET wants to play the game of the donkey and the carrot, please let us know.
Can POET stop hiding behind their "stealth mode" and give us for once a straight forward NR.
Can POET explain by example why they cancelled the BNN interview.
Can POET explain what's happening with the new CEO. Will we have a new CEO before the AGM or before the end of the year.

I can call you if you like. The new CEO will happen when it happens. The current CEO was being hopeful when he said it was going to happen around now. These matters can’t be forced. They want to find the right CEO. Have they not a solid track record this last two years of finding the right staff to move the technology forward so who are you to make donkey jokes about this, when it’s you who is misinterpreting what the Company has said about the new CEO?

The first interview was cancelled because the current CEO had to change plans and fly out to California on short notice for a business development meeting. The second time it was BNN’s fault not ours, they messed up their own calendar. This is not material news to post a press release about. You won’t do any better. I just spoke with management and they’ve allowed me to post on the Agoraboard.

I'm extremely disappointed with how management and CC are treating members here. "...who are you to make donkey jokes about this, when it’s you who is misinterpreting what the Company has said about the new CEO?" We are the shareholders who own this company and you are the professional IR face of the company. Chris Chiu - who are you talk like that to anybody as a representative of the company?

Very unprofessional and the post by CC seems to suggest nothing much will be happening soon. The SP reacted accordingly after this was posted. I don't know who drafted or authorized the post that CC was allowed to place here but imo it was very ill advised.

I'm glad we FINALLY got an answer as to why the BNN interview was cancelled. But to come on here and b*%#h slap shareholders (the post CC made in my mind was a scolding by management) and at the same time projecting a negative tone is just bad. Why not just keep on saying nothing? What I find many here are upset about is the constant "hope" being expressed by management. The debate about a CEO in May has filled pages here. None of it would happened if PC hadn't used the words "new CEO" and "May" in the same sentence. It doesn't matter if he said "not before" or "until" or whatever. When you say new CEO and May together, the inference can only be that something will happen in May. Instead, dont' say anything. Just say we continue to search bla bla. Clearer communication would make shareholder mis-interpretations less likely.

I'm still big on the technology and yes they are attracting some (apparently) top people to join. Good signs. But management: please stop talking for crying out loud and then getting upset when what you say isn't what happens and we get impatient and grumble on a stock forum. If it's what you "hope" will happen then please use the word "hope" before stating things. We here all understand hope is not a strategy and can take what you say in that context.

GLTA - we're going to need it!
