Yes, sure. We don't have a new CEO yet, so I agree it was our Board of Directors who picked the new COO. Whoever the our CEO will be: I am very confident he/she will professionally match with our COO.

The reason is that our BoD has a vision for our company. They chose Subhash as COO not only because he fulfills all the professional requirements for that post, but because he is also sharing that vision.

I believe this is also a requirement for the new CEO. They won't select anyone who would turn the company and its strategy upside down. They'd rather chose nobody at all than anyone who wouldn't fit perfectly, anyone who wouldn't strive to turn that vision into reality.
