yes "B", I agree and like I posted earlier, "PI"'s thoughts aren't totally outrageous but if PTI brokered the deal in an effort to assist Company A in their dilemma by introducing Company B as the prospective buyer at a negotiated price, then Company A gets their needed cash and Company B gets their shares while avoiding the risk of having to buy on the open market and paying a steeper price. At the same time, PTI's position is improved by having Company B as a supportive and friendly shareholder. PI's thoughts weren't all that outrageous but I like this twist a little better.
