When serving in BAOR (British Army of the Rhine) as Signals Officer to the 1RWF Battle Group, Radio Silence was imposed when manoeuvring prior to action.

That experience tells me that this company is in the process of moving and preparing for battle.

We know completion of the technical milestones called for by 3rd parties are prerequisites that should lead to contracts, partnerships or agreements. Given the good record of the company to complete technical milestones we should have every confidence that silence means action.
