Might be the case, however it does happen where a SP is held down before a financing as the subscribers will not pay a higher price. Ever heard the saying "don't want the SP too high"? In other words, at current SP there is interest for financing, at a higher SP, not going to happen (no one willing to be involved in the financing at a higher level). All IMO, likely not the case, but you never know, it would not be the first time such a thing happened.
